Wherever she lives in the world, any woman should be able to share with others. Yet, not every woman in the world has access to the internet and hence can subscribe to our website. One of the main wishes of WoMEN is to make women from very different social and cultural backgrounds communicate. We want to connect the girls and women from developing countries and the ones from developed countries. To allow all of them to share with the others wherever in the world, we need to allow every woman to subscribe to the website and this implies an internet access for every woman.

That’s why we plan to build computer centers where women use tablet computers to have access to the website and attend Skype video conferences. We can achieve this step by step, building one computer center after another. Hence we want to start building a computer center in Garissa, in the North Eastern province of Kenya.
